Amalapuram Divisional Unions Conference

Our unions bi-ennial conference was held in a grand manner at Amalapuram HO on 30.9.2012 under the president ship of Sri M.Suryanarayana. Along with our Circle secretary, Sri Gulam Rabbani C/s PIV, Sri G.Satyanarayanareddy C/s NUGDS, Sri K.Leojirao R/R Visakhapatnam Region, Sri M.Tirumalarao ACS, Sri M.Srinivasarao DS Kakinada and Sasidhar DS Rajahmundry were attended the meeting and addressed the conference. Sri G.Srinivasamurthy SPO's Amalapuram attended the meeting as Guest of honour.

     Sri M.Suryanarayana SPM Gopalapuram, Sri NVS Prakasarao SPM Bus Complex and Sri A.Srinivasu PA Razole HO were elected as NUE Gr-c  President, Secretary and Treasurer respectively.

New PA's were eligible for TA/DA at the time of Induction Training - clarification issued by the Directoreate

As per the Directorate clarification all the Newly appointed PA's who joined before Induction training and undergone after training were eligible for TA/DA as they were drawing pay in the regular pay band along with Grade pay. Hence all the Divisional secretaries are requested to educate the concerned PA's to makeup bills for their induction training period.

Consequent on implementation of MACP scheme the Directorate clarified that the MACP is no bar for drawing the Special allowance like PO & RMS qualified / unqualified candidates and Treasurers are eligible for drawl of SPL allowance and Treasury allowance

Measures to be observed for prevention of SB frauds


1. Accept authorized messenger only on behalf of MBPKBY/SAS agents who's specimen signature is attested by the licencing authority.

2. Please issue cheques or deposit in SB account which is having KYC norms.

3.Data entry module should be available with the SPM/Postmaster system only and the correction should made in the presence of the office head also the entries should be made in register.

4.The Cheque number or Savings account number should be noted on the SB-7 of closed account and the same should be checked by the SBCO at the time of voucher checking.

This has to be observed strictly vide DG SB Order Number 11/2012 dated  06.09.2012

Good news for applicants of PA / SA Recruitment 2011 & 2012. You can get it through Online.
Dte has requested the outsourced agency to print 10 lacs OMR kits for sale throughout India thro selected POs. Due to huge sale of forms, it is difficult to print within short period. Hence Dte is decided to upload the forms in www.indiapost.gov.in so as to download by the applicants.
Online application kits will be available in www.indiapost.gov.in from 03.09.12 to25.09.12 only.
Those applied thro OMR kits need not apply again.
