Observing austerity measure in Central Govt Departments

Ministry of Finance issued an O.M. regarding compliance of economic measures in Govt. expenditures. In this O.M., stress has been given to Reduction in non-plan expenditure, restricting seminars and conferences, ban on purchase of vehicles, observe economy in domestic and international travel, check in creation of new posts
