Dear Com/Friends,

The AP POSTAL JOINT COUNCIL OF ACTION, Congrates all the Members in connection with Implementation of JCA Calls by holdings of Dharna Programmes at Divl Level/Regional level/Circle level.

On 2-3-2015 more than 150 members from the different  places are attended at Circle level Dharna held at % Chief Postmaster-General A.P.Circle Hyderabad. Com. T.Satyanarayana, General Secretary,AIPAEA, Inaugurated the Dharna. All the circle secretaries of PJCA attended the Dharna. Shri. D.Kishan Rao General Secretary, NAPE Gr-C spoke on the importance of ensuing Indefinite Strike from 6-5-2015. All the Circle secretaries also addressed the gathering.The PJCA invited  Com. V.Nageshwar Rao, General secretary, Confederation of Central Govt Employees & Workers, A.P.State unit addressed Dharna at Lunch Hours.. The RMS/POSTAL/ADMINISTRATIVE/POSTAL ACCOUNTS Employees have gathered for the Lunch hour meeting.

Com. R.J. Madghusudhana Rao,C/S R-III & Chairman, COC(NFPE) and Shri. Gulam Rabbani,C/S NUPE-P4, & Convener,FNPO acted as presidium. Shri. Andrus, South Central Railway’s Employees Sangh, also addressed in the DHARNA.

The Postal Joint council of Action A.P. meeting also held on 2-3-2015. The fallowing Circle secretaries are elected  for the Postal JCA A.P. .Shri. V.Shivaji,C/S NAPE-Gr-C(FNPO) elected as Chairman, Com. K.Ramachandram, C/S, AIPAOEU Gr-C & MTS (NFPE),elected as Convener, Com. L.Kishan Singh C/S AISBCOEA(NFPE) elected as Tresurer. The meeting also unanimously decided to  go on tour in the circle from 6-4-2015 to 15-4-2015. All the Circle secretaries from both federations will tour in 4 Regions. Other Circle office bearers will also attend the tour. The All India Postal & RMS pensioners association has extended  solidarity for the success of the ensuing strike from 6-5-2015.

The PJCA appeals all the Circle secretaries/Divl/Branch Secretaries to celebrate International Women’s day on 8-3-2015 at all levels. It is also appealead to all the Divl/Branch Secretaries to book the tickets to Parliament march on 28-4-2015 early.
