డివిజనల్ ఆఫీస్ ల ముందు  గేట్ మీటింగ్స్

పోస్టల్ JCA ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సర్కిల్ పిలుపు మేరకు ది.13 డిసెంబర్ 2019 సాయంత్రం 4 గంటలకు  అన్నీ డివిజనల్ కార్యాలయాల ముందు గేట్ మీటింగ్స్ పెట్టి,డివిజనల్ అధికారికి మెమోరాండమ్ ను సమర్పించవలెను.

ఇదే టైమ్ లో PJCA నాయకులు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ CPMG గారికి మెమోరాండమ్ ను సమర్పించడం జరుగుతుంది.

డిమాండ్లు తో కూడిన మెమోరాండమ్ ను క్రింద పొందుపరచడమైనది. ఇదే మెమోరాండమ్ ను డివిజన్ పేరుతో,డివిజన్ PJCA నాయకుల పేరుతో మీ మీ డివిజన్ లో డివిజనల్ అధికారికి ఇవ్వవలెను. 

*గమనిక : డివిజనల్ ఆఫీస్ దగ్గర కార్యక్రమాన్ని ముందుగా వెల్లడించిన 14 వ తేదీ నుండి 13 వ తేదీ కి మార్చటం జరిగింది. సభ్యులు అందరూ గమనించగలరు.*

 DEMANDS:

1. Stop closure/merger of post offices  

2. Stop assignment of impractical targets of opening Ippb A/cs, PLI/Rpli policies, Aadhar enrolment, opening of savings accounts etc. 

3. Stop harassment through whats app /phone message/oral orders even after office hours and even on Sundays/holidays  

4. Stop holding of melas by weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis

5. TA/Da advance should be paid in advance to all officials for attending melas

6. Stop implantation of new technology methods without providing proper network/without giving proper training to staff

7.Stop harassing delivery staff to delivery all accountable articles on same day, as  articles may contain court notices, Value payables etc., and stop seeking reports from ground staff , as all staff are heavily engaged with more duties. However  all the reports pertaining to mails may be fetched at circle office by single click in SAP. 

8.The targets should be fixed to the marketing staff of the department but not to the operating staff of the department. By fixing the targets on the operating staff, the operating staff is not in a position to do proper poor after sales service. This in turn is causing a bad image on the name of the department. This in turn is causing low performance of the department. The CPMG may perhaps take a note of this and act in such a way that the operating staff work is not hindered.

Sub:   submission of Memorandum on BD Targets and Closure and Merger of Post offices. 

 Sir,          

                                   It is bring to your kind notice that all the staff in AP Circle are facing a lot of problems because of the instant and impracticable decisions taken by the administrative authorities. They are forcing the officials for achieving the targets in opening of Ippb a/cs, pli,rpli plocies,enrollment of Aadhar, same day delivery of all accountable mails  etc. already because of the poor network the staff are forced to work up to late night almost all the days. Now with the harassment of the Subdisvion/Divisional and also higher level officers all the staff are feeling depressed. Hence we bring to the following demands to your kind notice for immediate salvation so as to enable the officials to work in a smooth way. The Demands are enclosed here with. 

The following agitation programme was taken by the Postal JCA AP circle 

1.12.12.2019 to 14.12.2019 protest by wearing demands badge by all staff at work place

2.Conducting gate meetings and rallies and submission of memorandum to all concerned divisional heads on 13.12.2019

3.Conducting mass dharna at circle office on 21.01.2020
