Consequent on implementation of MACP scheme the Directorate clarified that the MACP is no bar for drawing the Special allowance like PO & RMS qualified / unqualified candidates and Treasurers are eligible for drawl of SPL allowance and Treasury allowance

try to take upfixation of accountants special allowance in pay fixation on as slp filed by thedept has been dismissed in supremecourt
