23rd Circle conference of National Association of Postal Employees, Group-c will be held at Visakhapatnam from 1.12.2013 to 3.12.2013. All the divisional/branch secretaries are requested to make their travel arrangements in advance and it is also requested to intimate number of delegates/visitors going to be attend the meeting in advance to the reception committee or to the Circle Secretary to facilitate better accomodation.
