Sir, It is ridiculous that the care will be taken only by the female employees in respect of children. It is fact that the Child care should be given to the Male employees also(irrespective of single/otherwise) as for Vaccination, attending school and in every aspect Male employee is also involved. It should be changed besides revision of fitment, increment, HRA, Accountant Pay etc.
