ORDER
In pursuance of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's Memorandum No. A.
12025116412016-CHS I dated 13.06.2016, Dr. C K.Ramya (CMSE-2015) is posted as Medical
Officer under Department of Posts at Postal Dispensary, Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh Circleagainst a vacant post, in accordance with terms and conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare, New Delhi.
2. The scale of pay of the post is PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100A + Grade Pay Rs. 54004 plus
admissible allowances. The initial pay of the officer, if in Government service, will be fixed
according to the rules and if not in Govt. service, will be fixed at the minimum of the pay scale.
3. The posting of Dr. C.K.Ramya as Medical Officer at Postal Dispensary, Rajahmundry, will be
subject to observing prescribed formalities by the office of CPMG, Andhra Pradesh Circle. lt is
requested to allow the officer to join as Medical Officer in the Postal Dispensary, Rajahmundry.
Necessary formalities with regard to verification of antecedents, character etc. are undertaken by
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi in due course.
4. Dr. C.K.Ramya is directed to report to the office of Chief Postmaster General, Andhra
Pradesh"eircfe,'Hyderabad, Tele. No: MO-23463650, within 3 months from the date of issue of
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's Memorandum No. A. 12025116412016-CHS I dated
13.06.2016 failing which the posting order will be treated as cancelled without any further
reference.
5. Charge report may be sent to all concerned.
