Yes,to maintain uniformity and to avoid discrimination , the proposal of the association is deserves to be accepted by the D0P. This is an advantage to unions also in future to have cooperation from CO/RO staff in settling our members problems by effectively ventilating the problems of operative staff for well settlement.
