FNPO Secretary General met CPMG,AP Circle at Visakhapatnam RO

Today (3-2-2018) Sri D.Theagarajan , Secretary General, FNPO, Sivaji Vasireddy, AGS Nape group,c and CS AP circle and L.Krishna Prasad ,RR, Visakhapatnam region met Sri K.Balasubrahmanian , CPMG AP Circle and discussed the following issues related to AP circle at Visakhapatnam RO. 

1.Non completion of preponment of TBOP/BCR/MACP promotion by counting induction training period. 

2. Holding of workshop for Accounts staff dealing at DAP, CO, RO, DO and HO in each region to maintain uniform accounting system in CSI among entire circle. 

3. Before approving the proposals of upgradation of posts may be checked whether division heads followed the guidelines mentioned in Cadre restructuring. 

4. Early finalisation of Rule 38 transfers based on 2018 year vacancies. 

5. Amlapuram dn Prakasarao sir Macp case 

6. Deputation extension cases 

7. Accounts opening targets leads to splitting of accounts and bogus accounts , hence early intervention to prevent pressure and ill deeds of lower level administration.
