The following items were submitted here with to discuss in the bi-monthly meeting to be held on 20.1.16 in addition to the old items.
1. a)Shifting of Nidumolu SO in Machilipatnam DIvision. The po building situated in between the pesticides godowns and foul smell comes regularly. It effect the health condition of the employees. Hence it is requested to shift building at an early date.
b) De-quarterization of Pedanabazar TSO in Machilipatam Divn. The present PO building is in inhabitable condition. Hence HRA may please be granted to the SPM.
2.a)Immediate stoppage of CBS go live process of SO's without giving sufficient time to verify the balances/data with concerned records particularly there was no RD data in HO;s since years together.
b)STOP GO LIVE of SO's having BO's till Hand Devices supplied. Consequent on SB drive each BO has opened 1000 to 1500 accounts. On an average each SO is having more than 15000 accounts. It comes to average daily transactions of 600. As seen from the reports of offices had already migrated the SPM is forced to work to 10pm also. Hence it is requested to stop migration of SO's having BO's to CBS till hand devices may supplied to BPM's.
c) Request for provision of sufficient working strength in CBS migrated offices so as to manage the all works properly.
3.Request for provision of facilitation counter in all HO/LSG SO's by deploying surplus GDS post for better service to the public..

This is a good idea and This issue is to be taken up at circle level immediately as administration is putting much pressure on implementing CBS
