(a) whether the National Anomaly Committee (NAC) under the 7th Central Pay Commission has submitted its interim report, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Government is planning to abolish the system of formation of Pay Commission in future, if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Government is considering to adjust the salaries of its employees and pensioners Dearness Allowance (DA) that crosses the 50 per cent mark, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) whether the Department of Expenditure planning to take the responsibility to regularly monitor salaries and allowances of central government employees and recommend the changes if needed, if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor?

(a): The National Anomaly Committee set up by the Department of Personnel & Training in August, 2016 following the decision of the Government on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission has not yet met.

NEW DELHI, January 3 (PTI): The government expects to roll out all 650 branches of India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) by April, 2018, Parliament was informed today.
In a written reply to Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Communication Manoj Sinha said IPPB has launched 2 pilot branches on January 30, 2017 at Raipur (Chhattisgarh) and Ranchi (Jharkhand) in 2016-17.
However, no branch was rolled out in the current financial year, Sinha said.
RBI granted licence to IPPB on January 20, 2017 to carry out payments bank activities.
The minister said IPPB aims to have a pan-India reach and subject to feasibility, all post offices (approximately 1.55 lakh) across the country will progressively become its access points to provide banking products and services as per RBI guidelines on payments bank.
In reply to a separate question on IPPB, Sinha said the payments bank proposes to tie up with banking and other financial institutions and expressions of interest for tie-ups have been received.
Also, preliminary discussions are on in this regard.
“IPPB has entered into an MoU with Punjab National Bank (PNB) and PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Ltd,” Sinha said.
IPPB was incorporated on August 17, 2016 under Companies Act, 2013 as a public limited company with 100 per cent Government of India equity under Department of Posts, he said.

Family Pension to Divorced Daughters: PIB
There is no such proposal. However, vide Ministry of Defence letter dated 17.11.2017, divorced daughter is now eligible for ordinary family pension for life subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:-
When widow / widower of Defence personnel and eligible children below 25 years of age have ceased to be eligible to receive family pension and there is no disabled child to receive family pension.
Divorced daughter was dependent on defence personnel / pensioner or his / her spouse i.e. if decree of divorce had been issued by the competent court during life time of at least one of the parents or even the divorce proceedings had been filed in a competent court during the life time of the personnel / pensioner or his / her spouse but the divorce took place after their death.
She is not earning equal to or more than the sum of minimum family pension and dearness relief thereon.
As and when received, requests from divorced daughters for grant of family pension are replied in accordance with the existing policy.
This information was given by Raksha Rajya Mantri Dr. Subhash Bhamre in a written reply to Shri P. Nagarajanin Lok Sabha today.
