India Post payment bank would be a big threat to our postal department. How could a corporation can function by using government assets? What would be the future of POSB schemes? If POSB schemes are amalgamated to IPPB then that work load belongs to corporate norms. Could present employees be in civil servant status then??? Pl think big.
